Saint Georges Hotel & Spa

Great location to break the journey travelling from South to North France. The hotel is very close to the train station but not far at all from the A6 motorway. The hotel parking was on the premises, at he back of the hotel, but we paid a little extra to use it (€8). People at the reception were very kind and they gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner as the hotel restaurant was fully booked. I stayed with my family in two rooms next to each other, they were spacious and tastefully renovated. Breakfast was terrific well worth for €14 (kids eat free).

The hotel offered secured parking at a reasonable rate. The location was a good 15 minutes walk from the old town and the key buildings to see. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well and everything was very clean. We did not have much time for breakfast, but it looked like it had a really broad range of items, including a few warm dishes. As long as you could communicate in French, the staff were very helpful. If you arrive by train, the hotel is extremely close to the station. However, our room was still quite quiet.

Room was large comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was a good size. There was some parking at a reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly and generally helpful. Reception spoke some English ( prompted by my poor pronunciation of French!!) I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

A very well appointed hotel with a secure car park conveniently located close to the city centre & Soane river. The hotel is near to the railway station but don't let that put you off, it's nice and quiet with no train noise. I was traveling alone so the room facilities were fine for 1 night. I had a lovely walk around the city/down to the river and found plenty of choice for places to eat

Comfort Zimmer for one night was big enough for 2 adults and a 2 year old kid. The restaurant was full but we got a recommendation for a restaurant very close to the hotel that was very good.
